In late 2012, Sohail Khan announced his intention to remake the film Stalin. Renaming it Mental, Sohail began to put the project into action. Shooting of Mental started on February 27, 2013. Shooting was then postponed from February to March. The film will mark the debut of Sana Khan & Santosh Sukla.
Shooting of "Mental" had begun in late March 2013. The film's release date was put into query, as Sohail had delayed the movie for 11 months. In an interview regarding the film's status, Sohail had said, "I'm not rushing the film. But I have to release it in December of this year.
That's the deadline. I hope I can finish the film on time, but I guess time will tell the tale from here. "There are rumors that the film will also release in 3D formats. Sohail Khan said, "First, let me complete my film in the normal format. Then I'll take a call".
Although Salman Khan didn't had any release this year, and even skipped Eid release, but seems like there is some super good news for all the fans of Being Human superstar.Apparently Salman will have a triple bonanza in 2014, where he will have not one, but a three movie release in three different festivals next year.
According to sources, Khan's Mental will release during Republic Day on January 24, Kick is all set to releasing during Eid on July 27, and if sources are to be believed than his third film helmed by Prabhudheva will be either out by Diwali or Christmas 2014.
In addition, Atul Agnihotri's upcoming film 'O Teri', in which Salman Khan will be seen in his extended cameo appearance, is also set to release next year. Seems like 2014 surely promises a bonanza year for the fans of Being Human superstar!
